Party clothes. Indian weather plus a costume equals an uncomfortable dog and a short photo session. If you must, keep it to a bandana.

A house full of guests. Many dogs find a crowd stressful, particularly in a small flat. Two or three familiar people is a party. Fifteen strangers is an ordeal.

Chocolate cake. Obvious to most people, still worth saying. Chocolate is toxic to dogs. So are grapes, raisins, onion and garlic, which rules out most human cake and most Indian sweets.
