Built by dog parents.
For dog parents.
We didn't set out to build a company. We set out to stop mopping our balcony at 11pm while our Labrador looked at us like we were the problem.
The problem was ours first.
Mumbai apartment. 14th floor. One Labrador named Bruno. Every night — rain, heat, whatever — we'd wait for the elevator, watch the society uncle from the corner of our eye, walk Bruno around the compound, and come back. The same 20 minutes. Every single night.
We tried artificial grass. Three months of weekly scrubbing in the bathtub. The smell wasn't going anywhere — it just moved from the balcony into the bathroom. We tried pee pads. Bruno treated them like toys. We tried going to the terrace. The terrace is locked after 10pm.
Nothing was designed for how Indian apartment dog parents actually live. Mosaic tile floors. 12-floor buildings. Monsoon seasons. RWA rules. The solutions we found were all built for American houses with backyards.
Coir was the answer.
Coconut coir has been part of India's everyday material culture for generations. It's what doormat makers in Kerala have known forever: coir absorbs moisture fast, neutralises odour naturally, handles heat and humidity, and breaks down completely when you're done with it.
Bruno figured it out in two days. The coir smelled like the outside — like the garden, like soil, like something familiar. His instinct did the work. We just placed the pad.
That was it. No more 2am trips. No more balcony mop. No more society uncle.
Made in India. Designed for India.
Our coir comes from Kerala and Tamil Nadu — the same supply chain that's served India's coir industry for decades. No imports. No artificial treatments. No chemicals.
The tray is designed around Indian apartment floor types — marble, mosaic, vitrified tile — with raised leak-proof edges. The sizing is based on the dogs that actually live in Indian apartments: Labradors, Beagles, Pomeranians, Indies.
Every decision was made by dog parents who live the same life you do. That's not a pitch. That's just the reason this thing exists.
What we believe
Made for India
Not adapted from somewhere else. Built from scratch for Indian apartments, Indian weather, and Indian dogs.
Natural by default
Coir is what Kerala's soil produces. No plastic, no synthetic fibres, no chemicals. The simplest solution is usually the best one.
The dog comes first
If it doesn't work for Bruno, it doesn't ship. Every design decision starts with the dog, not the packaging.
